Building and encouraging leaders
A pastors conference is conducted once in year for 5 days. About 3000 pastors will participate in the seminar, anointed servants of God will preach on vital topics like Church growth, Revival etc. At the close of seminar pastors will be richly enriched and revived and go back to ministries in their areas with "Fire in the bones"
It is to the building up and encouraging of our current indigenous pastors and helping to bring up the next generation of pastors and evangelists.
All india national pastors conference (NPLC)
3000 pastors from all over India attended in October, 9-12, 2008. Rev. William Cary preached the message of God. Pastors enjoyed four days seminar with Word of God, music, Praise and worship and Hyderabadi food.
They has cultural program from presenting different states. God has blessed this conference with spiritual presence. Praise the Lord!
